Locate Your Order
Find your order number from your confirmation email and enter it into our online returns portal to begin the process.
Select Items
Choose the specific soaps, balms, or grooming tools you wish to return and indicate if you would prefer a refund or a different scent.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.
Drop Off
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
